Vern Norris was a teacher / social worker at Kirkman High School and was also an avid karaoke singer.
He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Norris, an infant daughter and brothers Joseph Norris And Victor Norris.
Survivors include brothers Robert Norris, Landis Norris and Gardner Norris and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home Saturday, February 28 from 4-6.
Graveside services will follow in Manhattan, Kansas.
