Mr. Carr was born in Chattanooga, TN to Vicky L. and Rita McGlocklin Carr. He was a graduate of Lakeview Christian Academy, Class of 1999. He was employed as a Program Specialist with Open Arms Care Corporation and was a member of Woodland Park Baptist Church. He will always be remembered for his warm smile and love that he had for his family and his love for Jesus Christ.
Survivors include Rita Carr, Vicky Carr, and siblings: Tondra Hart, Vincent and Rena Carr, Marion Mathis (grandmother), Janice Arrowsmith (aunt), Michael McGlocklin (uncle), and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 PM on Sunday, October 17 at the funeral home.
Celebration Services will be at 12 noon on Monday, October 18, 2010 at Woodland Park Baptist Church with Vincent Carr officiating. Graveside service to follow.
