Vivian Citty

She was born March 26, 1921 in Lafayette, GA but had lived in East Ridge since 1937. She was a long time member of South Seminole Baptist Church and the Love Sunday School Class. She served as a volunteer at Memorial Hospital for over 39 years.

Vivian was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Lawrence E. Citty; father and mother L.D. and Josie Faulkner Walls, brothers Durval Walls and J.D. Walls.

She is survived by two children, Bobbie C. Holloway, Gallatin, TN; James E. (Ora) Citty Chattanooga; sister Roseanne (Paul)Kaylor; grandchildren, Todd (Tonya) Moser of Mt. Juliet, TN,Tyson (Danielle)Moser of Hendersonville, TN; Stephanie (Eric) Schwieter of Chattanooga; great-grandchildren, Victoria, Olivia, Drew and Emma Moser, Haley and Peyton Schwieter of Chattanooga;Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 AM Tuesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev Ron Perry officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, South Seminole Baptist Church or to Hospice of Chattanooga.
