Willard was born on November 16, 1952, in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by father, Willard P. Wagner, Sr.
Bill was an avid astronomer and he passed on the winter solstice. He owned and operated Wagner Heating & Air, Inc. in Chattanooga.
Bill is survived by his mother, Mildred Wagner; his daughters, Laura (Jason) Roberts and Hailey Williamson; his sisters, Susan Sutherland, Belinda Phillips, and Leslie (Timothy) Phelps; his grandchildren, Bella and Stone Roberts, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Beautiful Greenwood Cemetery in Chattanooga.
