The crown of righteousness is now hers and her better day has come.

Her family includes her son-in-law, Kenneth Verner and his two sons, Craig Verner and wife Shannon and Tim Verner; her daughter Laura preceded her in death; a daughter, Barbara Isaacson and husband Jack and their two daughters, Lisa Orme and husband, Dr. Terry Orme and Janna Gillard and husband, Matt; she had seven great-grandchildren, Drew Verner, Annais, Micah, Zane and Chloe Madewell, and Gabriel and Grayson Gillard.

Her funeral will be Friday, May 24, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the East Chapel. Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Romans 8:28-32; 34, 35, 38, & 39…and we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose; For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren; moreover, whom He predestined these He also called, these He also justified, these He also glorified. What shall we say then to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, no things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
