She was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas W. and Mollie Godsey Brown; three sisters, Helen Blanton, Edith Hilton and Mary Katherine “Kitty” Kell; four brothers, Roy Brown, Joe Brown, D.W. Brown and Malcolm Brown.
Survivors include many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Friday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road with the Rev. Brian R. Kurtz officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
