Gordon M. Cuthill

He was born in Holyoke, MA on April 14, 1933, a son to the late Frank and Janet Murdoch Cuthill. Gordon graduated from Kearny High School, Kearney, NJ and served his county in the United States Air Force. Upon his honorable discharge, Gordon obtained a position as a Chemical Operator with Hoffman-La-Roche, of Belvedere NJ.

Gordon was a resident of Monroe County for the past 44 years. He was a member the Eagles Lodge #1106 Stroudsburg. He enjoyed going on cruises, fishing, and Skin Diving.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was a sister Dorothy Johnson

Surviving is his loving wife of 53 years the former Phyllis M. Jardine at home; daughter, Dawn Pugh and her husband Mark of East Stroudsburg; grandchildren, Elizabeth Pugh of Harleysville and Courtney Pugh of East Stroudsburg.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. in the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg. Rev. Pastor Sharmune Burgess, from East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church, officiating. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum at Prospect Cemetery, Prospect Street East Stroudsburg.

A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association at 212 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
