
Born on November 1, 1955 in Levittown, PA, he was son to D. Yvonne (Kepple) Linsenbigler and the late George Walker Linsenbigler, Sr.
Harry worked for over 2 years at Ceasars Pocono Palace in East Stroudsburg. Harry was a man of several talents and worked in many different fields doing many different things or better known as a “Jack of All Trades”.
Between 1980 and 1986, Harry was a volunteer fireman for the Tannersville Volunteer Fire Company. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. Harry was defined by everything outdoors. Harry was also known as the “Best Chef” at community benefit pig roasts. A big part of Harry’s life was his friends at Werry’s Pub in East Stroudsburg and Harry’s family wanted them to know, everyone at Werry’s is considered family.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah (Drake) Linsenbigler of East Stroudsburg; his mother, D. Yvonne (Kepple) Linsenbigler; a son, Harry Linsenbigler, Jr. and his wife, Tina of Saylorsburg; two daughters, Christine Booth and her husband, Edward, of Apollo, PA and Nicole Meeker and her husband, Alan, of East Stroudsburg; three grandchildren, Cassandra Booth, Andrew Booth, Alan Meeker, Jr.; one brother, George Linsenbigler of Tafton, PA; two sisters, Joyce Ann McDermott of Apollo, PA and Patricia Jacoby of Florida; many nieces and nephews and a lifetime family friend, Victoria Sauro of East Stroudsburg.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Harry will be on Friday, December 3, 2010. Greeting time will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the service beginning at 8:00 pm with Pastor John Harding of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Craigs Meadow officiating at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Deborah Linsenbigler and mailed “in care of” to the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home.
