Joanne Featherman

October 13, 1955January 1, 2020

Joanne Featherman, 64, passed away on Jan. 1, 2020, at Oil City Rehabilitation Center in Oil City, PA. Joanne was born, Joanne Rouck, on Oct. 13, 1955, to parents Clinton Sr. and Madeline Rouck. She lived most of her life in the Stroudsburg area before moving to western PA. She had a passion for bingo and crafts. Joanne was an avid volunteer, and gave as much as possible to the Salvation Army in East Stroudsburg. She married John Featherman on Oct. 4, 1980. Joanne is survived by son, Jeremy Featherman and wife Megan; daughter Hanna and husband Nathan Rodgers; 3 step-children - who she loved as her own - Jerry Featherman and wife Amy, John Featherman Jr. and wife Theresa, Ann Marie Corbisiero and husband Dominic; brothers Clinton Rouck, Jr. and Rickie Rouck; sister Bessie Tanner; lots of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, John; parents, Clinton Sr and Madeline; brother, Jake; and sisters, Brenda, Mary, Geraldine and Penny. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Oil City Rehabilitation Center for all of there love and support over the last few years. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army, East Stroudsburg Food Pantry A visitation will be held on Tuesday January 7, 2020 from 10:00am - 11:00am immediately followed by a funeral service being officiated by Major Mary Tregellas at the Salvation Army 226 Washington St. East Stroudsburg PA. Interment will be private and at the convivence of the family.

So many memories.......sleepovers at the church...girlguards.. summer camp. But, most of all, I remember the time you lived with our family. You were a sister and a friend. We had so many laughter filled moments. You will be missed. God has a better plan for you.
