Joseph Gerard Fenn, born in Mineola, NY on March 19, 1942, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022, at Pleasant Valley Manor in Stroudsburg, PA. He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Fenn of Stone Ridge, VA and his sister, Lillian Wieboldt of Stroudsburg, PA. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard and Donald Fenn. Joseph worked with computers all his life. He loved music and was often seen playing songs from his phone for other residents.
He is being cremated by Lanterman and Allen Funeral Home in East Stroudsburg, PA.
