
She was born in East Stroudsburg on April 10, 1925, a daughter of the Chester and Elizabeth Cramer VanVliet. Lois graduated from East Stroudsburg High School and was employed as a chambermaid in the local resorts. She retired from Mountain Manor Golf Club, Marshalls Creek; where she worked at the concession stand.
Lois was a member of The Analomink Methodist Church, Analomink, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1106 Stroudsburg. Lois enjoyed to shop, travel and camping. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her husband of 54 years Melvin “Bub” Bush who passed away on May 8, 1999.
Surviving are daughters, Marie Fish and her husband Richard of Holly Hill, FL; Donna Oney of East Stroudsburg; and Kathleen Bush of Holly Hill, FL; brother, Jack VanVleit and his wife Barbara of Lafayette, LA; grandson, Mario Campuzano and his companion Abbey Wasniewski of Cresco; great grandson, Brian Campuzano and nephew Jack VanVleit II
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 5, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg with Rev. Sharmune Burgess, Pastor of the Analomink Methodist Church, Analomink, officiating. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery, Prospect Street, East Stroudsburg.
A public visitation will be held on Tuesday June 4, 2013 at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
