Marie Metzger

She was born in Monroe County on November 28, 1917 a daughter of the late Edward and Onah (Gardner) Myers.

Marie was a former member of the Analomink Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter#179 Blairstown, NJ, the Dorothy Lim Chapter Order of Amaranth, Stroudsburg, and Past President of Hidden Harbor Condo Association. She was a resident of Monroe County for many years before relocating in Florida.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her first husband Norman L. Huffman and her second husband Thomas H. Metzger

Grave side funeral services will be held on Monday January 2, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in Prospect Cemetery, Prospect Street East Stroudsburg, with Rev Dr. Edward C. Kimes, Pastor of East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church, Courtland Street East Stroudsburg, officiating.
