Peter Freuler

Born October 9, 1959 in Bound Brook, NJ he was the son of Richard and Mary Canavesio.

He spent most of his early life in New Jersey but took up residency in the Pocono Mountains for over 20 years. Peter lived in many areas of the Poconos making good friends along the way. Peter enjoyed fishing and being outdoors and just spending time with his family and friends. Peter liked to have a good time and have fun, making a lot of friends along the way. Peter was blessed to have such special friends who care and love him as family. Peter will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Alexis Marie Graver.

Surviving are his parents, Richard and Mary Canavesio, of New Brunswick; his three loving children, Heather Freuler, Mark Freuler, and Kathleen Young and his two grandsons Patrick and Chris Connolly, his four sisters, Debbie Freuler, Rene Hinkle-Nelson and her four sons, JP, Keith, Chris and Richard Hinkle, Helen Mendez, Diane Mendez and several other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home at 27 Washington St, East Stroudsburg, PA on Tuesday, December 29th from 1 to 2 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family at 20 Ambrose Street, Somerset, NJ 08873 to help defer the cost of the funeral.
