Richard E. Hellyer

Born in Morrisville, PA on April 24, 1930 he was the son of the late Charles H. and Ida (Green) Hellyer. Richard graduated from Morrisville High School and was employed by Ronson Corp and Kulp Foundry until his retirement in 1994.

He was a former member of the Elks Lodge East Stroudsburg and an Inactive member of the Marshalls Creek Fire Co.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was his wife the former Martha (Bennett).

Surviving is his current wife Patti Lang of Mr. Bethel; sons Glenn Steimling and his wife Linda, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Joseph Lang and his wife Kelly, of Orlando, Florida; step-sisters Fran Roth of Marshalls Creek; and Vivian Shirk of Stroudsburg; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Marshalls Creek Fire Co. Route 209 and 402 Marshalls Creek, PA 18335.
