Agnes Dallas Rhea Hight

Dallas was born on February 13, 1970, in Rapid City, South Dakota. She was welcomed into eternal rest by her parents, Robert Lee Hight and Agnes Pauline Shillingstad Hight. Brothers Mark Hight, Mike Hight, Perry Zimmerman and Kurt Zimmerman.

She was raised in Rapid City and attended the Douglas School System just outside of Ellsworth Air Force Base.

Dallas was a woman whose personality could never be described in just a few words. She was a firecracker—big, bold, spirited, and full of life. She was always ready for an adventure, never met a stranger, and had a remarkable gift for making friends wherever life took her.

If you knew Dallas, you knew she loved with her whole heart. She would gladly give you her last penny if you needed it, and was never afraid to speak her mind. It seems somehow fitting that a soul as vibrant and beautiful as hers chose to leave this world on the 4 of July—a day filled with fireworks, because Dallas herself was one!

She is lovingly survived by her children: Jessica Hobbs (Damien); Maegan Hobbs; Nathaniel Boone (Morgan); and Jacob Hight (Ty Robson). She also leaves behind 5 cherished grandchildren—whose names will forever be engraved in her heart. Carrying her memory forward are her siblings: Penny Zimmerman of South Dakota; Harold Zimmerman (Dana) of Oklahoma; Lee Turley (Mark) of West Virginia; John Hight (Arlene) of Oklahoma; Robert “Slider” Hight of California; Paul Hight of South Dakota; and Pat Hight of South Dakota; with many beloved nieces & nephews.

Her journey through life was not always easy, but those who loved Dallas will remember her laughter, her fierce love for her family, her generous heart, and the unforgettable presence she brought into every room she entered. The family asks that you remember Dallas not for the struggles and pain she faced but for the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the vibrant spirit that could never be dimmed.

Funeral services will be held at Baggerley Funeral Home in Edmond, Oklahoma Home Sunday July 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
