Charlie was retired from the Oklahoma State Racing Commission.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dianna; and brothers: Bill, Ming, and Pete. He is survived by son, Robert Cox; daughters, Laura Cox and Linda Cox; grandchildren, Matt Stanley, Kristin Bowlan, and Heather Wiley; great-grandchildren: Ben, Mattie, Charlie, John Dale, Jessie Dawn, Paeton, and Presleigh; and many other family members and friends.
Viewing will be at Baggerley from 9am to 8pm, Wednesday. A celebration of Charlie’s life will be 11am, Thursday, at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
