

Clyde Ernest McHone, 51, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014 in Edmond, OK. He was born to Bob and Joan McHone of Edmond on May 27, 1962. He is survived by his mother Joan; older sister Connie Carlisle; younger brother George McHone and wife Tammie; and two nieces Stephanie and Rebekah; four nephews Jason, Tye, Tee and Joshua and numerous extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Ernest Yost; father Bob; older brother Gary and nephew Jeremiah.
He graduated from Edmond High School in 1980 and soon began work at TG&Y as a sales associate before becoming a phone operator with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. He enjoyed the nightlife and was a bartender at Angles for many years. Clyde never had a problem making frieds and had a wonderful way of including others. This came easily for him. He always had friends around him and a smile on his face. Clyde was an avid “TREKKIE” and enjoyed sci-fi films and any sorts of films for that matter. He could quote almost any movie at the drop of a hat. Clyde loved to travel and relax by the pool whenever he had a chance.
Services will be 2:00 pm Monday, March 10, 2014 at Baggerley Funeral Home and interment at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond.
