Connie was born to Ruth Ann Duncan on February 22, 1960 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was later adopted by William Travis and Anita Joan Bond.
She is preceded in death by her adopted parents, Joan and William Bond; step-father Martin Duncan; daughter, Michelle Renee Boolen; brothers, Thomas Bond and Dwight Winton; and niece, Jennifer “Kyli” Molloy.
Connie is survived by her daughters, Synthia McVay and Anita Myrick; brothers, Steven Rocky Higgins, George Michael Bond, and Guy Phelps; sisters, Laurie Dunham, Kathy Thorp, Robin Woodring, Marti Platt and Rhonda Marshall; mother, Ruth Ann Duncan; eight grandchildren; great-granddaughter, Thea Bryan; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
