Dana Sue Talley

Dana was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma to William Arthur and Loreda Wells Crownover on Christmas day 1939. Dana was the youngest of three children. She and her family lived for a short time in Cashion, Oklahoma until they moved to Deer Creek of Edmond where Dana went to school and graduated. After High School Dana worked at channel 4 WKY Television station in Oklahoma City. In March of 1964 Dana married Major Pat Talley and they moved to Edmond, Oklahoma where they lived for over 50 years. This year they celebrated 61 years of a shared lifetime with each other. Dana has lived the last 6 years in Quailridge Assisted Living with her husband. On Friday, September 26, 2025, Dana left her earthly body to be with God. She is preceded in death by her parents Art and Loreda Crownover, brother Joe J. Stone, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is survived by her husband Major Pat Talley of OKC, sister Frankie Chapman of Edmond, sister-in law June Stone of OKC, brother and sister-in law Ray and Marilynn Talley of Deer Creek, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many many friends.

A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 13400 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK, 73131, United States. The service is scheduled for October 3, 2025, at 11:00 am.
