Diann T. Maytubby

Diann Tackett Maytubby, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Greenville, Mississippi, passed away July 26, 2014. She was born in Cleveland, MS and later moved to Greenville, MS where she graduated from high school. She married Gus Johnson and started a family. She met Ed Rasberry and moved to OK. After moving to OKC, she worked for Kerr McGee until she retired. She married Chief Maytubby and enjoyed retirement. She was an avid golfer, loved traveling, working in her yard and garden and enjoyed being with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Tackett and Clara Jones and daughter, Lori Johnson. She is survived by her children, Evelyn Johnson Brown of Belzoni, MS, Felicia Johnson Emmert, Michelle Rasberry Meadows of OKC, and Andy Johnson of OKC; brother, Don Harvey of Grenada, MS; sister, Glenda Murphree of Greenville, MS; grandchildren, Katherine Brown and Jerred Brown of Belzoni, MS, Tom Wallis of Beaumont, TX, Leah Smith, Deandra Smith, Nicole Johnson, John Wright, Michael Wright, Sydnie Fleming and Preston Fleming of OKC, and Vanessa Canfield of Austin, TX; great grandchildren, Keller Wallis of Beaumont, TX, Constance Wright of OKC and George Nicholas Brown of Belzoni, MS. Memorial services for Diann will be 10:00am, Thursday, July 31st at Baggerley Funeral Home.
