Jackie would like to let you know that her work here is done. She received a call, a sort of an offer that you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus: a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. She will be socializing, gardening, listening to Elvis, and reading to her heart’s content.
Jackie was born in Edmond, Oklahoma and graduated from Deer Creek High School in 1957.
Jackie is survived by her daughter Jodee & husband Sam of Arcadia, son Kyle & wife Mona of Arcadia and son Lyle & wife Tanya also of Arcadia, grandchildren Jesse, Brian, Amy, Kirby, Stasha, Cassie, Emmet Neal, and Ethan. Her twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also brought her much joy. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Neal Sasser, son Bradley Gene Sasser, granddaughter Lindsey Diane Sasser, parents Delbert and Pauline Hopkins, and sister Donna Lawson. She loved her family and friends with all her heart. She will be missed.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Sunday, November 15 from 12:00-8:00 at Baggerley Funeral Home; the immediate family will be there from 3:00 - 5:00. The funeral service will be on Monday, November 16 at 10:00 am. Services will be held at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 S. Broadway, Edmond with burial following at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Arcadia.
