Janice was born on July 24, 1941, in Munising, Michigan, to the late John and June Berube. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth Costine; her brothers, John Berube and Connell Berube; and her sister, Jean Berube Durkee.
She is survived by her son, John Costine, and his wife, Elisa Costine; her granddaughters, Chelcy Harrell (ben Harrell) and Gabrielle Meeuwsen (Kyle Meeuwsen); her great-granddaughters, June Harrell and Isabel Meeuwsen; and her sister, Sally Berube Rossi.
Janice will be remembered for her deep love for family, her strong convictions and the strength with which she faced life’s challenges. Her legacy continues in the lives of those she held most dear. She will be greatly missed and forever loved.
A private family memorial will be held in her honor.
