Joyce McClung Orr, 90, was born January 28, 1928 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to Wallace and Mabel McClung. She passed away December 16, 2018 in Edmond, Oklahoma. She was a member of Quail Springs Baptist Church. She loved travelling, quilting and playing cards. She was an active member of the Arlington Texas Quilt Guild for many years and very active in Red Hatters in Edmond. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Weldon her beloved husband of 56 years, and grandson, Cameron Parnell.
Survivors include daughters Lydia Travis and husband Larry of Edmond, Gaye Parnell and husband Scott of Mt. Juliet, TN, and son Scotty Orr and wife Susan of Lake Jackson, TX. Joyce was Memaw to her grandchildren Aubrey Travis Sampson and husband Kevin, Corey Travis, Quintin Parnell and wife Tara, Caitlyn Orr, Jerrad Orr, and great grandchildren, Eli, Lincoln and Nolan Sampson, Katheryn and Amara Parnell and Chase and Reid Franks.
