Katy was a self-less lady that loved serving others through the ministries and clubs she was involved in several of them being Daughters of the American Revolution, the Garden Club and Colonial Danes. She also attended the St. John’s Episcopal Church in Camden, AR and served her community, friends, and family.
She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. The quality that the girls noticed most was their mom’s selflessness for her friends and family always being there to assist the people needing help. Katy will be dearly missed by her daughters and many friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her husband David Williams; her parents Oliver Chicago and Katy Bush; children Billy Joe Nakvinda and Eric Eugene Nakvinda; siblings Jack Bush, Oliver Bush, and Alzata Bush; and grandson Dustin Buckner.
She is survived by her daughters Cheryl Griffin of Edmond, Oklahoma and Teresa Crumpler of Cabot, Arkansas; grandchildren Brady Buckner, Bryan Nakvinda, and Elisha Nakvinda; great grandchildren Paisley Buckner, Vlad Nakvinda, Jhett Pruit, and Tripp Pruit; sisters Helen Monday of Choctaw, Oklahoma and Bonita Bernstien of Richardson, Texas; and many other family and friends.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 117 Harrison Ave NW, Camden, AR 71701
