

After sneaking off at the age of 17, Kay was united in marriage to Dale Haworth (the love of her life) on February 27, 1958 in Yukon, Oklahoma; enjoying 62 years of marriage. After getting married, Kay went home to Mom and Dale joined the Navy. After graduating from high school and her mom finding out that she had gotten married, her mom made her move to Kingsville, Texas to be with Dale. Eventually they moved back to Oklahoma City.
Dale was Kay's best friend and they spent many hours bowling and riding motorcycles together. In later years, they were a part of the Central Oklahoma Bonsai Society and the Okie A's Model A Club. They loved frequent poker runs on their Harley and traveling all around Oklahoma, being a part of many parades and going on road trips to small towns with the Model A Club.
After 35 years of service, Kay retired from Bone and Joint Hospital and spent the rest of her days loving on her family. Kay was a dedicated wife and mother to Mike, Rickey, and Greg. Getting together for family dinners was one of her favorite things to do. She loved going to her grandchildren's baseball games, softball games, tennis matches, ballet recitals, and anything else they were involved in. Most recently, she had a great trip to Mississippi to see her great-grandchildren having the time of her life. Knowing her family was around her gave her great comfort and joy.
Kay had a passion for working in her yard, spending many hours making it beautiful. She loved birds and making sure they always had food.
Kay was a member of NewChurch, loving each and every Sunday for 26 years.
Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Haworth; parents, H.B. Milner and Bessie Milner; birth mother, Gerogia Fondren; brother, Paul Milner; and her best friend, Betty Randel. She is survived by sons: Mike Haworth and wife Rachel of Guthrie, OK, Rickey Haworth and wife Claudia of Oklahoma City, OK, and Greg Haworth of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
