

Linda Kathryne Stevens, a longtime resident of Duncan and Edmond, Oklahoma, peacefully passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016, at her home. A graveside service is set for 2 P.M. on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with Jeremy Smith officiating under the direction of Baggerley Funeral Home.
Linda was the oldest of 3 siblings. She was blessed by one wonderful son and daughter, as well as 3 grandchildren.
Linda worked in Duncan, Oklahoma at Halliburton as an executive secretary for about 20 years and then worked at Duncan Regional Hospital in the home healthcare department until her retirement in the year 2000. After retirement, she went on to volunteer at Duncan Regional Hospital for a couple of years.
She loved gardening, fishing, and going to casinos during her retirement years. She loved spending most of her retirement life with her best friend and companion, Janice Doughty. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Preceding her in death was a mother and father, Nancy and James Hewlett of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and 2 grandchildren, Jordan McGee and Kory Toquinto.
Survivors include one son and daughter in law, Scott and Stacy Stevens of Caddo Mills, Texas, one daughter, Nancy Toquinto of Moore, OK, three grandchildren, Joshua McGee of Moore, OK, Katelyn Toquinto of Bremerton, WA, and Sean Stevens of Caddo Mills, TX, and two brothers, Charles Hewlett of Huntington Beach, CA and Bill Hewlett of Arkansas.
