Marian Brumley

Marian Colleen Brumley left this world to be with her family in the perfect world, September 24, 2012. She fought a long brave battle with heart disease. She was born in Great Bend, Kansas March 1, 1942 to Jake and June Brumley. She was raised in the OKC area and lived in California for several years before returning in Oklahoma. She was a physical therapist many years and loved traveling and her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, James Abbott, Jr.; one sister, Catherine Sue Bode and one brother, Steven Ray Brumley. Survivors include her son, Aaron Levi Abbott of Salem, OR; grandson, James Abbott III of Oak Creek, CO; brother, George L. Brumley of Eufaula, OK; sister, Elizabeth “Bitty” Anderson of Edmond, OK and niece, Amy J. Rose of Agra, OK and nephew, Travis C. Anderson of St. Louis, MO. She will be missed by many unmentioned family members and friends. Special thanks to Alvin Ihrig for his kindness and assistance.
