Norma Kay Jackson

Norma “Kay” Jackson, beloved wife, mother and sister, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on December 3, 2025 at the age 68. She was the youngest child born to Kenneth and Norma Griffin in Edmond, OK on March 30, 1957.

Kay survived by her devoted husband, Pat Jackson, daughters Tara Jackson-Malone and husband Trevor Malone, Rachelle Jackson, and grandchildren Myree, Mason, & Max all of Edmond Ok. She also survived by her sister, Kathy Taylor and husband Bob Taylor and brother, Kenny Griffin, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Zach Jackson, sister in-law Jackie Griffin.

Throughout her life, she was cherished for her warmth, kindness and unwavering dedication to her friends and family. Kay loved spending time at the lake with her family and watching OU Football games. But most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren as they brought her greatest joy of all!

Kay was the kind of person that never met a stranger, welcomed everyone with a hug, and had a smile and a laugh that would light up the room. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
