Pat grew up in Edmond, OK & graduated from Edmond High School in 1959. Her childhood church was First United Methodist Church of Edmond. She married Warren “Jiggs” Griffin in 1961 and had their only child, Scott, in 1962. Pat & Jiggs moved to MWC the summer of 1968. Pat was an excellent homemaker and dedicated mother. During Scott’s elementary years she volunteered in the Library of MWC Public Schools. She later became employed as the Assistant Librarian during Scott’s junior & high school years. She loved to cook and especially enjoyed trading dishes with her neighbors! She was an avid sports fan, both football and basketball. Her favorite teams were OU and the Thunder. Pat had many dear friends she cherished. Wednesday night was her ‘Bridge Night’ with friends and she had most recently been involved in planning her 60th Edmond HS Reunion. Her home was her pride & joy & always immaculate. She kept busy working in the yard, planting flowers & feeding the birds. One of her favorite places to be was on the back porch with a good book & of course a glass of wine in hand. Pat cherished her grandchildren, Britni & Chandler and was a wonderful Grandma. She was a big part of their lives growing up, attending many ballgames and cheer events. She had a very close relationship with her three brothers (Mike, Jim & Bob) and their families and always looked forward to their times together. She had a strong faith, loved life and loved her family.
