Phil is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Geneva Whittaker; sisters, Carla Potter and Karen Snyder; brother Byron Whittaker; and son, Daniel Whittaker.
Phil is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Whittaker; daughters, Mary Carrol Thompson, Becky Cannon, Lori Brady and Rachel Morgan; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
Visitation and services will be held Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Memorial Park Historic Cemetery Chapel located at 13400 N Kelley Avenue (Oklahoma City). Visitation will be 12:00-12:45pm and services at 1:00pm with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
