Ruby Pearl Trumbly, White, Doolin was born June 30, 1916 and died December 20, 2019 in her home at Legend At Jefferson's Garden in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Ruby was born in Geary, OK. Her parents were C. F. Trumbly, and Mary Addie Roberts Trumbly. She graduated from Capitol Hill High School and soon after married Bob White. They had two sons; Robert "Bob" and one year later Karl "Tim". For a few years, she was a wife, mother, and homemaker. After moving to the North side of town, she worked for the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club, Sportsman’s Club, and Pete Locke Interior Design. She found her passion in Interior Design and started her own business, Ruby’s Drapes and Interior Design, which she ran until her retirement at the age of 80.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, C.F. and Addie Trumbly, and husbands: Bob White, Jack Cole, and Albert Doolin. She is survived by sons, Robert "Bob" White and wife Caroline and Karl "Tim" White and wife Beverly, all of Oklahoma City.
