Susan is survived by her husband, Virgil Fothergil; sons: Bill, John, and Steve Hayden; and grandchildren: Paul, Ryan, Susie, and Andrew Hayden.
Funeral mass at St. Johns in Edmond will be 10am, Friday, January 2, 2015, with inurnment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond.
