Dr. Bell attended Central State University, graduating with honors and continued to obtain his PhD in Psychology at OSU. He was employed with Guthrie Public Schools and later with the OK State Department of Education.
Tom was preceded in death by his beautiful daughter Stacie Lane Bell and his parents Wilmer and Betty Bell. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Ramona Ashlock Bell; his brother, Dick Bell (Martha) of OKC; sister Deena Stanley (Steve) of Rifle, CO.; brother-in-law Dan Ashlock (Sandy); aunt Pat Bell, Houston; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
