Westley was born on October 2, 1963 to Doyle Willhite and Robert Holt in Paris, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife Alma Willhite; mother Roberta Holt; daughters Witney Hayes and husband Jason and Brooke Willhite; sisters: Rhonda Johnson and husband Dr. Gary Johnson, Suzanne Warner and husband David, and Holly DeLozier and husband Danny; brothers Dean Willhite and Clay Willhite; grandson Truex Hayes; step-sons: Ernie Aguayo, Eren Aguayo, Erik Aguayo, and Elliot Aguayo; step-grandchildren Andre and Valerie Aguayo; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
