My sincere condolences to Carol, Andrew and Chris on the untimely passing of your dear husband and father. I will always remember Al as a happy-go-lucky Infrastructure Supervisor with the C. of E. and for his matter-of-fact approach to the job at hand. Contractors always knew where they stood with Al and he believed in getting the best product he could for the City -- which is why I always respected him.
He will be sadly missed by all and our loss is Heaven's gain. Rest in Peace ol' buddy.
