Alex Norman MacIver passed away peacefully in his home last weekend. He is survived by his three children, Allison (Jim), Karen (Steve), Douglas (Shauna); five grandchildren, Duncan (April), Braden (Isabelle), Keaton, Calli and Alex (Carly); and four great grandchildren, Audrey, Katelyn, Matthew and Elizabeth.
He was a diligent lawyer, savvy investor, and a lifelong fan of the Oilers and the Elks. Alex will be remembered for his boundless generosity, quick wit, and genuine care for everyone he came into contact with. He is now reunited with his lifelong love, Irene.
The Family will be having a private Celebration of Life. Donations can be made to Hope Mission in Edmonton
