Angelito was born in Makati, Philippines. Known as “Bunny” and “Angel” to his family and friends, they remember him fondly as a man of few words, though funny, kind, and loving. Angelito graduated as a Mining Engineer at Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines. He began his career by working in the mines of Baguio and Surigao before migrating to Canada in 1993 to start a new life with his family. He continued his education and worked for the Edmonton Public School Board for 23 years and Capital Care Laurier House for 25 years. In his 60 years, Angelito lived his life to the fullest doing what he loved the most - travelling all over the world with his family creating beautiful memories. Though Angelito was a very soft-spoken, quiet man he has developed long-lasting friendships with many people and, for that, his family is very thankful. His compassionate heart and infectious smile will be missed by all. Angelito was our own little gift from Heaven and now, our guardian Angel, watching over us from up above.
The family of Angelito would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to Dr. Darrell Hartman and Dr. Afam Nwalusi for their compassionate care to Angelito.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30PM, on November 5, 2022 at The Catholic Parish of Corpus Christi, 2707 34 Street NW, Edmonton, AB. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
