Clayton Peter Hawkes leaves to cherish his long time spouse, Laurie Forsythe; one son, Clayton (Junior) Forsythe; his mother, Elizabeth Hawkes. He is also survived by his brothers, Steven (Darlene), Marty (Linda) and Dean; sisters, Cheryl (Steven) Cameron, Cindy (Randy) Graham, Shannon (David) Harder and Kelly (Andrew) Shaver; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Clayton was predeceased by his father, Floyd Hawkes and one brother, Bradley Hawkes.
