Donald Harry Hunter

It is with great sadness that the family of Donald Hunter announce his passing on December 12, 2020. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Marcella. Father of Jerry, Morris (Katia) & Dawn Marie (Daryl). Proud papa of Paige, Mary, Vincent, Chevon, Matthew, Darren, Kevin, Quinn & Ariel.

Donald was born on May 21, 1943 to Robert & Elizabeth Hunter in Hanna, Alberta. He will be fondly remembered by his four siblings Robert (Patti), Barry (Chris), Darrell and Barbara. Donald was also loved and will be missed by his sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, many nieces, nephews and friends.

Donald loved to tell stories about his travels about the many countries he visited for his job in the oil field. His knowledge of his job was recognized by many. After retiring the oil field, Donald became a school bus driver. He would often refer to himself as Mr. Bus Driver and loved to tell stories about the kids on his bus. Donald was excited to share his love for hunting and fishing with his children and grandchildren.
