Dear Mrs Dawson  What a beautiful service!  Your kids and grandkids did a remarkable job speaking about their Dad and Grandpa.   Mr Dawson was a kind man with a very gentle soul.  Randy and I will miss our conversations with him at the lake.  Its refreshing in this day and age to see such a strong and loving family.  We will always remember Mr Dawson cutting the lawn on the ride em mower.   He will be sadly missed.  You have our deepest condolences.  Randy and Moira Conrad

It was a pleasure to meet and know Doug in my short time as your neighbour.  It is clear he took great care of his family and also his neighbours, advising them when they might be too sleepy to note that they had left the garage door up. I will miss him too.
