November 22, 2012
My thoughts and prayers are with Doug's family. He was very proud of his wife and Daughter Hilary and you could hear the love in his voice whenever he spoke of them. One of my best memories of Doug was our very first meeting. I work in Calgary, and when people in our group starting teasing him about all the sporting team competition/rivalries between Edmonton and Calgary, he was quick to point out by telling us all he lived in St. Albert. It was funny. I knew then what kind of person he was and have appreciated him since. I'm truly truly sorry for his loss.
