I have fond memories of cycling beside Frank at the Y. Always ready with a chuckle.
Marilyn and I were saddened by the loss of Frank.

I love this picture of Frank, it is as I remember him.He was a gentleman who treated everyone with respect and got alot done with the PC Party. I met him as a new comer to Alberta in 1979. He worked hard and encouraged me to do the same. He did his politics with integrity and I try to follow his lead every day.

I'm so sorry to hear that your dad passed away.  I have many fond memories of him when we were growing up.  Thinking of his hearty laugh and his many words of encouragement ("Way to go LT!") will always bring a smile to my face.  I hope you and your family can find comfort and strength in the memories you have of special times spent together and know that somehow he will always be with you.

Very sorry to learn of Frank's passing.  I remember Frank as a very outgoing, happy guy who loved to kid around with us as children.  He was a wonderful family man and no doubt an outstanding grandpa who will be missed.

Where do I start Cathy... Words can not describe how sorry I am to hear of your dad's passing. I know how much you loved him & what an important part of your life he was. I know how hard the last year has been for you & your family and know that he is now watching over you saying "I'm ok now". Although I never met your dad I am sure he was extremely proud of you and what you have accomplished.. Never forget that Cathy.

Frank was a very special man. I always enjoyed his humor and prespictive on business when we met at the down town YMCA 
Frank often gave me tips on helping me with my business issues 
Frank was loved by all his friends at the YMCA and sadly missed by all

I was honored to have met Frank while working at William Lutsky YMCA.  He was friendly outgoing and a wonderful human being.  Our chats always involved his family.  He shall be  remembered in the most positive way.  I shall always recall his warm smile.
