Gerald John (Gerry) Hyduk found his way to the great beyond on August 12, 2023. Despite his bristly facade, he was a kind, gentle, thoughtful, generous albeit opinionated guy.
He was a loving and protective older brother who doted on his nephews. He was very lucky to have wonderful neighbors who cared for him when he was ill. Gardening was his happy place but formal gatherings were not, so no service is planned. He wanted people to donate to the Edmonton Humane Society or any other animal charity.
