Dear Riet & Family

We are so sorry to hear about Gerry.  My Gerry had a tear in his eye when he heard.  They Had many a good time together.  It is a very difficult time For Riet. Thingsare not too great here either I  am writing this note from Palliative Care as Gerry is facing his last days.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and family. Always remember the kindness you both showed our daughter.

Riet and fsmily: Please accept Ann and my sincere condolences on the passing of our good friend Gerry. I was very fortunate to work with Gerry over the years in CN. An excellent and caring officer who will be missed!

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Gerry. While working in CN transportation I worked closely with him and always valued his helpful advice. My condolences to his family he will surely be missed and fondly remembered.

We are saddened to learn of Gerry's death. I treasure the time spent with him solving problems for CN. Together we were able to tackle problems that others would not touch. We will remember him.

So sorry to hear of Gerald's passing.  It was our pleasure to be of service to him and our thoughts & prayers are with his family at this sad time.

He always lite up the room when he walked into it.  Lively and full of good humour he made me feel so welcome in the Scott household. 
Jerry took Carolyn and I for our first 'grown up' lunch at the Saverin on Bay Street with shrimp cocktails to start.  And he helped put me through university as he helped get me a job at VIA Rail that lasted for three summers.

I haven't seen him in many years but I miss him!
