Gilbert Gus Peter Anderson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved dad and proud grandfather on November 13, 2010. Gus is survived by his children Twyla (Thomas), Quintella, Crystal (Rafael), and Brock: grandchildren: Kyle, Brooklynne, Shayla, Wheiser, Shantae, Jasmine, Autumn, Thomas, Seth; brothers Willy, Fred (Corinne), and Dwayne (Rose); sisters Marilyn, Debbie (John); Wendy (Glen); Lori (Neil); Shannon (Steve); several nieces, nephews as well as numerous relatives and many dear friends.

Gus was predeceased by his parents Peter and Elizabeth Anderson; brothers Howard, George, Richard and Joseph; sisters Lydia Jalbert and Leona Shanks.

A Wake Service will be held at Sacred Heart Church of The First Peoples, 10821-96th Street, Edmonton on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 5:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church of the First Peoples on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Beechmount Cemetery.
