Jack Phillips

Jack was born to his parent's Doris and George Phillips in Brandon, Manitoba. Jack continued to live in Brandon for 73 years before selling the family home and moving to Edmonton to be closer to his family in August of 2024. His nephews Bobby, Kevin & David along with Christine all took the time to help Uncle Jack with his transition from Brandon to St. Albert. 

Jack grew up in the 60's & 70's where he developed a love for music, peace and friendships.  Jack lived his life as a free spirit. He did not find marriage nor did he have any children. He travelled around to Canada and the US with his friends. Jack worked for the City of Brandon's bus maintenance for 29 years before his retirement. Sadly Jack passed away peacefully after developing respiratory complication.

Jack Was predeceased by his parents George and Doris and his brother Bob,  He is survived by his cousins Diane Lee and Edward Phillips; and nephews Bobby, Kevin and David Phillips. 

A celebration of life for Jack will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Where the Pine River Meets The Athabasca River, Fox Creek, Alberta.
