Jan is survived by her daughter, Kendra; as well as extended family and many dear friends.
A Celebration of Jan’s Life will be held at Memories Funeral Home 13403 St. Albert Trail, Edmonton, Alberta on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the charity of your choice.
