My dearest Jana...I had no clue that you have gone to stay with the lord...was wanting to let you know that it was an honor to serve in the Navy with you and play so many years of softball with you. We had third and short stop sewn up didn't we? My dear sweet friend I will miss you terribly...Love always, Karen

Jana, I can't imagine my life without you in it. This has been one of the hardest things I have had to do. Saying good bye. We had so many good times together in the last 56 years and I was looking forward to many more but it was not meant to be. I can't believe that I will never talk to you or get another text message or you sending me something funny on FB. I have a hole in my heart that no one can fill. You were my cousin and you were my best friend. I will not remember days, I will remember moments and all the fun and laughter that we shared. God Bless you and keep you safe now.

Oh John and family,
I am so sorry to read the news of your sisters passing. I don't think I ever met her, but if she is anything like you, she's was pretty awesome.  And from what I am reading about her, she was a remarkable woman, way before her time. I will offer up a mass for her on the 27th, keeping you all in my prayers.
