Jay will forever be remembered by his wife, Laura; his loving sons Justin, Tyler, and Brendan; his mother Gloria and brother Travis (Jennifer); sister-in-law, Marilyn, and nephew Jesse, his Godparents Jeanette and Ian Campbell; numerous cousins, family, friends and his pet dog Mugzy.
Jay was predeceased by his father Kenneth and brother Shawn in 2020, his brother Sheldon in 2013, and his niece Lindsay in 1991.
