Jessica, who made herself known and loved from an early age, was born on March 14,1975 in Calgary, Alberta. Her parents were George and Elizabeth Reid, and she was the oldest of two children.
She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, George and Elizabeth; her husband of 25 years, Shane; her children, Kassidy and Kaitlin; her brother, Jared; as well as many relatives and friends.
Jessica had many interests and talents. She was very passionate about horses and had many growing up. She competed in many competitions, winning a respectable amount of ribbons to show for it. Another interest of hers was music. She loved singing along to her favourite tunes. There wasn’t one song she couldn’t sing. Jessica was also an avid reader, collecting hundreds of books on her shelves. She had a great fondness for a good story, and now her family will live on to tell hers.
A celebration of life will be held for Jessica at a later date.
